Canberra, June 28 : Three people were killed and another injured after a light plane crashed near Australia’s Mount Gambier region on Wednesday, a media report said. The plane, identified by the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) as a TB10 Tobago, crashed into a paddock just outside the regional centre at around 10.30 am, Xinhua news agency reported. The Fire Service reported that the plane was smouldering when they arrived at the scene. This could mean the aircraft burst into flames either after crashing into the paddock or during flight.
