Doctors Advise Authorities to Allow Prof. Bhullar Walking Time Outside His Room

AMRITSAR SAHIB, June 29 : Doctors have advised concerned authorities to allow Sikh political prisoner Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar to walk outside his room in view of his deteriorated health condition.Prof. Bhullar who was shifted from Delhi’s Tihar jail to Amritsar jail couple of days ago, is receiving medical treatment in Swami Vivekanand Hospital. He is serving life imprisonment in a case (1993) of bomb blast.As per doctors, Prof. Bhullar has fallen very weak physically and his internal system has disturbed due to which walk is needed for him.Prof. Bhullar’s wife Bibi Navneet Kaur Bhullar said that her husband was being kept in a room where sunlight and air did not enter. She said it caused suffocation for Prof. Bhullar and doctors advised that he should be brought outside the room and allowed to walk morning and evening.
