The angry upsurge continues but the mode is changing. In Dhanaula, the protesters staged dharna on the roadside near bus stand and the big effigy was brought there that was set afire.
The protesters also staged dharna in front of the office of the Deputy Commission and demanded justice from the government. They also protested against what they described as framing up of the innocents in the cases of sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib by the police.
