AMRITSAR SAHIB : Speaking with Sikh24, the United Akali Dal (UAD) convener Bhai Mohkam Singh said that Sirsa cult chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim had sent clarification letter to the Sri Akal Takht Sahib through Delhi BJP leader Kiran Bedi.Bhai Mohkam Singh said that Bedi met Akal Takht Sahib’s appointed Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh just a day before the meeting of Panj Singh Sahiban.  Bhai Mohkan Singh said if the Jathedar did not receive this letter through Bedi, he should disclose who brought this letter.“After the meeting of Panj Singh Sahiban, Giani Gurbachan Singh had told media persons that some representatives had brought this letter but he refused to disclose their names”, he said. “It proves that the decision of pardoning Gurmeet Ram Rahim for wearing an attire resembling with Guru Gobind Singh Ji was taken under the pressure of Hindu fascist forces BJP and RSS,” he added.It is noteworthy that clarification letter has no stamp, nor it is written on an official letter head of the dera. Furthermore, the dera chief has not apologized in it.
