Mumbai Police confirms identifying Sheena’s DNA sample

Mumbai, Aug.28 : The Mumbai Police on Friday said it has identified the DNA sample of Sheena Bora, as sent to it by the Raigad police.As per sources, the sample will now be matched with the DNA samples of accused Indrani Mukherjea and her first husband.Meanwhile, a Bandra court has allowed Indrani’s lawyer to meet her during investigation.However, the application over giving her home food and fresh clothes is still undecided.Forty-three-year-old Indrani, the wife of former Star India CEO, Peter Mukherjea, was arrested from her Mumbai residence on Monday after her driver confessed that he had killed Indrani’s daughter Sheena in April 2012, on the orders of his employer.Indrani is in police custody till August 31.
