Sikh Sangat Marks 31st anniversary of ‘Ghallughara June 1984’ at Sangrawan

Amritsar : Commemorating the 31st anniversary of ‘Ghallughara June 1984’, Sikh sangat of Sangrawan organized a large scale event. Chief of Damdami Taksal (Sangrawan faction) Giani Ram Singh organized this program at Gurdwara Gurshabad Parkash to mark the martyrdom anniversaries of Sant Gyani Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale, Bhai Amrik Singh, General Subheg Singh, Baba Thahra Singh and all other martyred Singhs. Following the bhog of Sri Akhand Path Sahib, Raagi, Dhadi and Kavishars delighted the Sikh sangat by addressing religious discourse.Addressing the Sikh sangat, Singh Sahib Giani Raghbir Singh (Granthi, Sri Harmandir Sahib) said that the current Sikh generation is careless about its basic duties towards Panth. He appealed the Sikh masses to unite on a common platform to control the day by day rising attacks on Sikhs. He emphasized the need for Sikh youth to become Amritdhari.
Singh Sahib Giani Ravel Singh said on this occasion that Sikh Panth is lacking a true leader like Sant Baba Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale.
Thanking the Sikh sangat for assisting in arranging this program, Giani Ram Singh Sangrawan said that anti-Sikh powers are quite eager to instigate our religious sentiments in order to create obstacles in our way. He appealed the Sikh masses to remain aware of such conspiracies.
