Secret Agenda to Woo Sikhs: Rashtrya Sikh Sangat Discusses Sikh Matters With Modi

NEW DELHI, June 3 : Playing another trick of getting Sikhs into its fold, a delegation of the infamous Hindu fascist force Rashtrya Swaimsewak Sangh (RSS)’s wing ‘Rashtrya Sikh Sangat’ on Saturday met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modhi on the pretext of taking up Sikh issues with him.
‘Rashtrya Sikh Sangat’ is a subsidiary of the RSS which was formed by Hindu fanatics to demonstrate that Sikhs are attached with Hinduism and its ideology. The core agenda of the RSS is to incorporate the Sikh religion into Hinduism by destroying its separate identity. In view of this, Sikhs consider the organization as their enemy.
The delegation comprised of its president Gurcharan Gill, Patron Chiranjeev, Ramesh Parkash Sharma, general secretary Avinash Jaiswal and Dr. Avtar Singh Shastri.
The RSS leaders claimed that they made an appeal to the PM to make historical contribution for the celebrations of 350th birthday of Guru Gobind Singh Jee during the meeting.Dr. Avtar Singh Shastri claimed before media persons that they demanded name of GT road Karnal be renamed to ‘Guru Teg Bahadar Marg’ as through this road the head of ninth Guru of Sikhs was brought to Sri Anandpur Sahib. It was also mentioned that the delegation also demanded a memorial in Delhi to commemorate the martyrs of the Kamagatamaru incident. Dr. Shastri said that the PM listened to them with concentration and assured them he would take action after the discussion.
Sikh intellectuals termed the meeting as mere drama played by RSS of showing affections toward Sikh issues. Doing so, they said, the saffron organization wants to spread its base among Sikhs. “Since Modi is also a RSS man, so there is no need to hold such kind of formal meeting with its own PM. It clearly shows that the meeting is nothing but a drama”, they said, adding, “Sikhs should be conscious of the conspiracies being practiced by the anti-Sikh forces”.
