Supreme Court stays Fazilka court order summoning Khaira in drugs case

Chandigarh, December 1: The Supreme Court on Friday stayed the order of a Fazilka court summoning AAP leader Sukhpal Khaira in a drugs case.
Recently, the Punjab and Haryana High Court had dismissed Khaira’s plea on summoning him by the trial court.
The Fazilka court had issued non-bailable warrants against Leader of the Opposition Khaira and four others in a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
