AMRITSAR: After appearing before the Hon’ble district court in Amritsar in defamation case, AAP National Convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal again said that he is firm on his statement that Majithia is the kingpin of multi crores drug trade in Punjab. “I have raised the voice of people of Punjab against drugs trade of Majithia and Badals, everybody in Punjab knows that Majithia runs drug trade in the state.” said Kejriwal, while addressing the media.
“Majithia registered a case against me to muzzle my voice, he wants to intimidate me by registering cases but I want to tell Badals and Majithia that they can’t bend me with these means and will continue to fight for the rights of people of Punjab.” said Kejriwal. Kejriwal said that the friendship between Badal-Capatain is an open secret now and they are saving each other in different cases registered against them. “Badal canceled Amritsar improvement trust case registered against Captain as Amarinder had earlier opposed CBI inquiry against Bikram Majithia and gave him clean chit in drug case.” said Kejriwal. He said that the actions of the leaders of both parties expose their friendship and make it clear that both the parties are working together to stop AAP expansion in Punjab. The AAP National convener again challenged Majitia to arrest him if he can do it. “3 months earlier I challenged Majithia to arrest me within 6 months as he has control over Punjab Police otherwise after the formation of AAP government in Punjab I will throw him behind the bars. Now that just 3 months are left, he still has time to arrest me or must get ready to be jailed.” dared Kejriwal.
