Punjab CM reached at Sangat Darshan through special security corridor

PAKHOKE (Tarn Taran): Unprecedentedly, a special corridor overlapped by human chains of Punjab Police commandos in mufti was organsied here today during the Sangat Darshan (Public meeting) of Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal.All security arrangements and special security corridor erected around Badal indicated that his security has been tightened and enhanced significantly. He understood to have been fearing public outage against him due to allegations of sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib against his family members.During the Sangat Darshan nobody from Public was allowed to come near the chief minister as every visitor was told to maintain distance from the multi wired corridor.During Sangat Darshan Badal said that state government has begun a massive drive to fill 1.13 lakh vacant posts in various departments with an aim to provide employment opportunities to the youth of state.Interacting with the media persons on the sidelines of Sangat Darshan program in the Khadoor Sahib assembly segment, the Chief Minister said that the various departments have been asked to initiate the recruitment drive by advertising these posts in the newspapers.
Replying to another query, the Chief Minister said that the people of Punjab have time and again reposed faith in the people friendly and development oriented policies of the SAD-BJP alliance. He said that owing to unprecedented development of the state and major initiatives for well being of all the sections of society, the alliance would come back to power after the assembly elections slated to be held in 2017. “There is hardly any doubt that people of state will elect the alliance government for third consecutive term after these polls” added Badal.
