Dr. Sidhu returns from Delhi with words of assurance to be treated well

AMRITSAR : Sitting BJP legislator also chief Parliamentary Sectary with the Punjab Government Dr. Navjot Kaur Sidhu who went to Delhi on April 2 with her resignation, today returned with words of satisfactions from BJP senior leadership.
Talking to media at Sri Guru Ramdas International Airport after returning from Delhi said that she met senior party leader Mr. Ram Lal with her husband Navjot Singh Sidhu.
She was complaining that she was not treated well by the Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and deputy chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal who allegedly stopped developmental works in her assembly constituency in Amritsar East.
She said that BJP leader in Delhi assured that if in future she faced any hardship in her developmental works then party would intervene. She said that her husband also assured her that if things didn’t become normal in such circumstances he will come to Amritsar to open front against Punjab Government led by SAD.She also clarified that she would not contest next assembly elections of 2017 with the SAD/BJP alliance. On April 1, in the morning in a single post on Facebook Dr. Sidhu extended shock with the line posted : “Finally, I have resigned from BJP. The burden is over”. In afternoon in an another post posted as: “Badal Sahib, you promised moon to the people of Amritsar … Don’t deny them basic needs. Don’t abuse the word ‘ daughter ‘ and ‘sister’. I am ready to vacate my seat for your relatives”. In her second post on facebook she alleged that the Amritsar Improvement Trust was not utilising Rs 79 crore released for her constituency.
