Sant Dhadhrianwala demands CBI probe into attack on him, no faith in Punjab Police

LUDHIANA : Sant Ranjit Singh Dhadhriawale has demanded a probe by Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) into the murdrous attack on him by Damdami Taksal. One of his aide Bhupinder Singh was killed in the firing by Taksal members.While addressing the congregation at the Bhog ceremony of Sand Bhupinder Singh at Dhakki village, Sant Dhadhrianwala said that he had no faith in the Punjab Police which is trying to shield thereal culprits. He said that he would have been killed in the firing but God saved him for a cause. He said that Sant Bhupinder Singh was killed due to mistaken identity. He said that the maina ccused has admitted on record that he had supported the assasins but police is clue less about the conspirator.He appealed to Sikh sangat to submit memorendums to Deputy Commissioners for CBI inquiry without raising any slogans. He said that he remained humble but the authorities took avantage of it. He also said that he was committed to Akal Takht but would not bow to present incumbent Gianai Gurbachan Singh who has been rejected by Sikh panth for granting pardon to Sirsa dera head.
