Amritsar : Golden Temple priest (Ardasia) Bhai Balbir Singh today refused to honour Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal with siropa (robe of honour).He had earlier refused this honour to Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal.It may be mentioned that the members of the Badal family are extended this honour every time they visit the shrine to pay obeisance.
