Property dealer kidnapped in Jalandhar

Jalandhar : A 51-year-old property dealer was allegedly kidnapped by three car-borne persons from Rose Park locality here on Tuesday.
According to eyewitnesses, victim Mohinder Kumar Gambhir left his house around 8.10 am. Around 8.20, he reached his mini-farm around 300 metres from the house where he parked his motorcycle. Suddenly, three men, who came in a car stopped the car in front of his bike and kidnapped him at gun point.The CCTV footage from a nearby locality showed a white car. The mobile phone of the victim is on and the police have put it on surveillance.The police suspect some property deals behind the kidnapping. The police suspect that he may have been rounded up by the police of some other district in a fraud case.Police Commissioner Arpit Shukla reached the spot and started investigations.
