Patiala : The police on Wednesday made another arrest in the sensational Nabha jailbreak case and rounded up two persons.
One Gopi was arrested for harbouring gangsters, a night before they attacked the high-security jail and got freed six inmates — four gangsters and two militants, including Khalistan Liberation Front chief Harminder Singh Mintoo, on Sunday.
It was in Gopi’s house where the plan to get the gangsters released was rehearsed before execution.
Meanwhile, raids were on in four states even as intelligence has informed the Patiala police that Mintoo’s grilling has led them to believe that efforts were being made to revive militancy in Punjab.
