AAP announces five candidates, changes Nakodar and Balluana candidates

CHANDIGARH: The Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) today announced five more candidates for Punjab assembly elections of 2017 and also changed two candidates of Nakodar and Balluana.According to AAP Convener Gurpreet Singh Waraich Punjab NRI wing head Jagtar Singh Sanghera earlier fielded from Nakodar was being changed after the the party decided to give him some additional responsibilities in the state. However the candidate from Balluana assembly segment Giriraj Rajoura was being changed as the reports about his poll campaign have not been very positive or encouraging, added Waraich. The five candidates announced today are Ranjit Singh Cheema from Patti, Dinesh Bansal from Sangrur, Ashutosh Joshi from Rajpura, Manjit Singh Sidhu from Rampura Phul and Harkishan Singh Walia from Jalandhar Catt.
