Karan Johar NOT doing Kapil Sharma’s show!

Mumbai : Kapil Sharma’s decision to take break from his popular show, Comedy Nights With Kapil has created a stir in the B-town. Ever since the host of the show made an announcement of the same on his twitter profile, there is a buzz about the show going off air. Recent reports also states that various bollywood stars have been approached to host the show in Kapil’s absence. One such report stated Karan Johar will replace the comedian on the show!
However, the bollywood director has rubbished all such rumours in a recent interview with a leading daily. KJo clarified that he has not received any such offers and ahas no plans of replacing Kapil Sharma. The Bombay Velvet actor said,” No. I don’t know where this rumour started from. It’s absolutely untrue. I can’t replace Kapil Sharma. I am not that stupid.”
Kapil Sharma’s Comedy Nights With Kapil is one of the most watched reality shows on the small screen. The stand-up comedy show gained popularity within a short span of time. Kapil Sharma also became a household name has have received huge fan following. The comedian also started receiving movie offers from the industry. He has in fact signed Abbas-Mustan’s Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu opposite Manjari Phadnis, Amrita Puri, Simran Kaur Mundi and Elli Avram.
