Throw these Lalbattiwalas into dustbin of history : Bhagwant Mann

Malerkotla, September 17: In the only Muslim town of Malerkotla in Punjab, the turn out of the people at the Aam Aadmi Party’s rally late last evening was more than impressive going by the overwhelming response.Despite continuing suspense about leadership and voices of dissent by a section, the people continue to flock to the party rallies. At one time, but not in recent times, such used to be the response to the Akali Dal.The star speaker again was Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann who called upon the people to consign the Lalbattiwalas (the VIP culture) to the dustbin of history in February 2017 elections to herald the state into a new era, the era of the common man. He questioned the dynastic culture that has taken over almost all the political parties denying democratic rights to the common man to rise. His attack two pronged, both against the Akali Dal-BJP combine and the Congress as these parties represented the same culture. The organisers had put up LCD screens for the convenience of the people.
Those present included party convenor Sucha Singh Chhotepur, women wing chief Baljinder Kaur and Shahnaz Hindustani.Chhotepur made it clear that none would be projected as the chief ministerial candidate presently. This was part of the series of Punjab Jodo rallies being organised by the party.
