ALL OPPOSITION PARTIES SHOULD UNITE FOR THIS CAUSE AND FIGHT FOR THE JUSTICE TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY: BAJWA

Ropar/ Chandigarh,10 July : S Partap Singh Bajwa, President PPCC today joined the ongoing dharna near Behrampur Toll plaza where S Swarn Singh was crushed to death by the Dabwali Transport company owned bus. He was accompanied by S Charanjit Singh Channi, MLA (Chamkaur Sahib) & Vice President PPCC, S Jagmohan Singh Kang MLA (Kharar), S Balbir Singh Sidhu MLA (Mohali) & District President Mohali, S. Navtej Singh Cheema MLA & President DCC Kapurthala, S. Gurkirat Singh Kotli MLA, Smt Lakhwinder Kaur Garcha General Secretary PPCC, Sh. Harbhag Saini District President Ropar, S. Sukhpal Singh Khaira Spokesman PPCC, Sh. Shamsher Singh Rai Ex MLA & Chairman Human Rights Cell, PPCC, S. Inderjit Singh Zira Chairman Kisan & Khet Majdoor Cell PPCC, S. Gurinder Pal singh Billa Chairman OBC Department, S. Amarjit Singh Saini Ex President DCC Ropar, S. Inder Pal Singh Dhanna Chairman Legal Department PPCC, Sh. Kamaljit Chawla and other senior leaders of the party. S Bajwa shared heartfelt sympathies with the family of deceased.
While speaking to the media persons Bajwa appealed to the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High court to take suo motto of this incident and summon S Sukhbir Singh badal and Smt Harsimrat Kaur Badal for investigating into this incident. He also demanded FIR under section 304A CRPC should be registered against all the directors of Dabwali transport company. He also appealed to all the opposition parties on Punjab to unite and fight for the justice to the family.
Lambasting on the Chief Minister S Parkash Singh Badal , he said that Shiromani Akali Dal gave slogan of “RAJ NAHIN SEWA” before coming into power but this is only “RAJ NAHIN BUS SEWA” which they are rendering to the people of Punjab. He said that Badal family has amassed huge wealth in these years of rule. This is the second incident which has come to the light after Moga Case which involved Orbit transport bus. There are number these kind of incidents happening on the roads of Punjab daily which go unnoticed.
