Asia Cup: India to face Sri Lanka in Mirpur today

New Delhi : India will face defending champion Sri-Lanka in a round-robin match of the Asia Cup T20 Tournament at the Sher-e- Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur today. The MS Dhoni-led Indian team had defeated hosts Bangladesh by 45 runs in the tournament opener and followed it up with a thumping five-wicket win over Pakistan on Saturday.However, Sri Lanka will come into today’s match after a humiliating 23-run defeat at the hands of Bangladesh on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Pakistan defeated United Arab Emirates by seven wickets yesterday.India lead the points table with 4 points from 2 matches.
