Independent MLA Balwinder Bains detailed by the police in Ludhiana

Ludhiana : Independent MLA Balwinder Singh Bains was detained by the police while trying to proceed towards Chandigarh to gherao the residence of Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal. However, his brother and MLA Simarjit Singh Bains managed to give a slip to the police along with his supporters.The police were trying to nab them at the time of filing of this report.
