New Delhi, June 11: A Delhi sessions court deferred the bail plea of Jitender Singh Tomar in the fake degree case. The sessions court adjourned the hearing till 16th June. The former Delhi law minister approached the court challenging his arrest in the alleged fake degree case. In an application filed before the sessions court, Tomar alleged that police arrested him in violation of prescribed procedure under the law.
