New Delhi, July 28 : Former president Dr. A.P.J. Kalam will be accorded a state funeral at Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu on July 30.The final rites of Dr. Kalam will be held with full military honours at 11 a.m. on Thursday, said the Home Ministry in an official release.
