Kejriwal to begin five day long visit to Punjab from Feb 25

Chandigarh : Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), National Convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, will begin his five day long visit to Punjab from February 25 from Sangrur & Bathinda districts.According to official spokesman of the AAP in Punjab, Kejriwal during his visit would try to cover entire length and breadth of the state comprising of Malwa, Majha and Doaba regions.The Spokesman revealed as per schedule Arvind Kejriwal will visit Ferozepur and Faridkot districts on February 26, Khadoor Sahib, Gurdaspur and Amritsar districts on February 27, Hoshiarpur and Jalandhar districts on February 28 and would finally culminate his sojourn at Ludhiana, Fategarh Sahib and Patiala districts on February 29.During his five day long visit Kejriwal will interact with various sections of the society comprising of families of distressed farmers who have been committing suicides, members of the Dalit families against whom atrocities were being committed, unemployed educated youth and to learn the concerns of the women folk about their safety and security.Arvind Kejriwal will also interact with the section of youth who have been forced to indulge in drug abuse due to various reasons. He is also scheduled to interact with the business community comprising of traders and captains of the industry to know about the number of problems being faced by them in the state, said the spokesman.
