New Delhi, July 20: A Delhi Police constable has lodged a complaint against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for his ‘thulla’ remark on cops.According to police officials, a constable posted at the Gobind Puri Police Station has filed a complaint against the Chief Minister.Responding to a question over AAP’s controversial advertisement, Kejriwal had in an interview to a television channel addressed the cops as ‘thullas’.”These people want that even if a thulla (cop) is caught demanding money from the street vendors, we can’t try him,” he said.
