Punjab economy at rock bottom, so it could only go up: Amarinder

Mohali, April 1 : Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh on Saturday said that as Punjab economy is at its rock bottom, from here it could only go up.
The Chief Minister was here to appoint Lal Singh as chairman of the Punjab Mandi Board. Meanwhile, KK Sharma was appointed the PRTC Chairman on Saturday.
