Punjab Governor Visits Rock Garden to Pay Homage to Late. Sh. Nek Chand

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 13: The Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki today visited Rock Garden to pay homage to Late Sh. Nek Chand, the creator of Rock Garden.
Prof. Solanki paid floral tribute to the departed soul and expressed his heartfelt sympathies to the mourning family members.Remembering Late Sh. Nek Chand as a revolutionary creator, Prof. Solanki wrote a message mentioning that Chandigarh is known by the name of Rock Garden and Rock Garden is known by the name of Mr. Nek Chand. This creation has left a huge impact in the history of Chandigarh and would always be remembered by all. I express my deepest condolences on the demise of such a great craftsman and human being.Prominent amongst others who were present on the occasion included Mr. M.P. Singh, Principal Secretary and other senior civil and police officers of Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana.
