Neeraj Chopra narrowly missed defending his Olympic gold, finishing behind Pakistan’s Arshad Nadeem, who achieved an impressive throw of 92.97m, securing silver in the javelin throw at the Paris Games on Thursday.
Neeraj’s best throw of 89.45m came in his second attempt, with the remaining five attempts resulting in foul throws, marking his second consecutive Olympic medal after his gold at the Tokyo Games.
