Coalition pledges to support blacktown communities through revitalised hope multicultural hub

An elected Dutton Coalition Government has pledged to revitalise the HOPE Multicultural Hub in Blacktown, a project managed by the Harman Foundation.

Liberal candidate for Greenway, Rattan Virk, announced that this $250,000 commitment will enhance the HOPE Multicultural Hub by upgrading its facilities, expanding its services, and increasing its outreach efforts, making it a central resource for vulnerable migrant communities.

“This pledge directly addresses a need identified by our community,” said Dr Virk.

“For over 12 years, the Harman Foundation has been supporting families in Greenway – an area with significant linguistic and cultural diversity – where accessing support services can be difficult.”

Senator the Hon Michaelia Cash stated that a Dutton Coalition Government is ready to invest in projects crucial for improving community safety.

“After speaking with representatives from the Harman Foundation today, I’m confident this commitment will significantly improve the lives of many Blacktown families,” said Senator Cash.

Senator James Paterson emphasised that under a Dutton Coalition Government, the Greenway community would be safer, more secure, and better equipped to tackle crime.

“Getting Australia back on track means ensuring safety – for families, businesses, and communities,” said Senator Paterson.
