Megastar Akshay Kumar has started 2022 on a trailblazing note, exciting fans with his film announcements.
Just a week ago he teased audiences with the announcement of Dharma Productions’ SELFIEE, where he teams up with Emraan Hashmi.
The Megastar has now shared two new posters and the release date for his much awaited action-comedy, Bachchan Pandey, which also stars Kriti Sanon in the lead.
Helmed by Farhad Samji and backed by Sajid Nadiadwala, Bachchan Pandey will hit screens on Holi, this 18th March 2022.
Taking to his social media handles, Akshay Kumar shared the posters, tweeting “Action Comedy Romance Drama L-O-A-D-I-N-G this Holi! #SajidNadiadwala’s #BachchanPandey in cinemas on 18th March 2022. Directed by @farhadsamji.”
In the first poster, Akshay Kumar looked menacing in an edgy avatar. His intense look is complemented with the new posters featuring a smouldering Akshay Kumar looking ready for action, and a poster of him atop a tractor with an army of men equally ready to roll!
Akshay Kumar has been unstoppable at the box office and screens throughout 2021, and is all set to entertain fans this year with a slate of releases featuring an eclectic array of characters and genres such as in Prithiviraj, Bachchan Pandey, Raksha Bandhan, Ram Setu and Oh My God! 2.
