SCD Govt. College Alumnus Bhupinder Singh elevated as IG CRPF becomes incharge of Central Training College Gwalior (MP). Alumni fraternity upbeat.

We are pleased to inform that another feather has been tagged in Alumni cap of SCD Govt College Ludhiana . Brij Bhushan Goyal Org Sec Alumni Association informs that S. Bhupinder Singh , an alumnus of SCD Govt. College, Ludhiana has been elevated to the rank of IG CRPF and he has assumed the charge of Central Training College Gwalior (MP).Sh Singh belongs to village Mullanpur and had he did education from SCD Govt college Ludhiana from 1982 to 1986 his post graduation in English literature. He joined CRPF as Dy SP in year 1987.He remained in field areas like Jammu and Kashmir Chhattisgarh and Northeast.He has also remained in many Training institutions and overseen different training regimes.He has also served in Bosnia-Herzegovina as UN Peace keeper and contributed to start the first UN mission there.He is a highly decorated officers and has been awarded police medal for Meritorious services and President police medal for Distinguished services.

The Alumni fraternity of his alma mater has vehemently congratulated. Those who complimented him include S S Bhogal (Industrialist)Principal Manjit Singh Sandhu, Navdeep Singh (A former incharge FM Gold).
