Dashmesh seva society re-elected inder mohan singh as president & Varinderjeet singh nagi as new general secretary

Delhi: 27 February : In recent elections of Dashmesh Sewa Society (Regd) at Press Club of India,
the Governing Body of the Society was unanimously re-constituted in which Mr Inder Mohan Singh,
former DSGMC member & expert in Delhi Gurdwara Affairs was re-elected as President, Jaswant
Singh Sandhu as Sr. Vice-President, Kirandeep Singh as Vice-President whereas Varinderjeet Singh
Nagi as new General Secretary, Mohinderpal Singh Bali as new Secretary and Bhanwar Singh as new
Treasurer.

Apart thereof, the former General Secretary of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management
Committee (DSGMC) Mr. Rajinder Singh Techno, Eye-specialist Dr Gurcharan Singh, Dr. Vani Singh,
Inderjeet Singh Chawla, Jagjit Singh Bhalla and Balwant Singh Sandhu were also re-elected as
Executive members.

Mr Inder Mohan Singh said that Dashmesh Sewa Society, constituted in the year 2009 is a
recognized registered party in Directorate of Gurdwara Elections of Government of Delhi and the
Society has been contesting elections of the DSGMC on reserved election symbol. While giving other
information, he said that this Society is raising voice for betterment of Delhi Gurdwara Affairs from
time to time since long time and long pending elections were held in the year 2013 due to rigorous
efforts of the Society in compliance of the Orders passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court and also
Notification for Re-delimitation of all Gurdwara Wards in Delhi was issued in the year 2015 on Orders
of the Apex Court after a petition was filed by Dashmesh Sewa Society.

Mr Inder Mohan Singh said
that the President & General Secretary of the Society are having vast experience in Delhi Gurdwara
Affairs and administration, whereas other Executive Members have also got expertise in their different
fields. He said that the Society will render all possible assistance in the day to day working of the
DSGMC as usual. Mr Inder Mohan Singh said that the Society has recently done appreciable cause to
help the needy and these kind of Sewa will continue in future also.
