On October 13, HCL Technologies Ltd, a software company, announced improved net profit and operating revenue for the second quarter of FY24. The company’s Board of Directors has authorized an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share, each with a face value of Rs 2.
According to an official statement, HCL Technologies reported a consolidated operational revenue of Rs 26,672 crore for the quarter ending on September 30, 2023 (compared to Rs 24,686 crore in Q2FY23) and a net profit of Rs 3,832 crore (compared to Rs 3,489 crore).
For FY24, the company has forecasted an organic revenue growth rate of 4-5 percent. As of September 30, 2023, HCL Technologies had a total headcount of 221,139 employees.
